No Statutory Right of Withdrawal in the United States

Unlike the European Union, U.S. federal law does not provide a general 14-day "cooling-off" or withdrawal right for purchases made online. This means that once your ticket order is confirmed, all sales are final, except where our policies or the law provide otherwise.

Event Tickets

Tickets are refunded in full if the event is canceled by the organizer. If the event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. In addition, ETICKETSY LLC voluntarily offers a sliding-scale cancellation option up to 3 days before the event. All the details are in our Cancellation Policy.
